This service is for on-site operators and fleet managers of MTU engines and MTU Onsite Energy gendrive applications.
It offers direct assistance with error-codes, providing transparent information and required corrective actions from the operator handbook.
If the engines or gendrive systems are connected via an MTU connectivity device, push notifications are sent when alarms occur.
Operators and managers are also able to communicate with each other through the application. Additionally they can communicate via the MTU Go! Manage web application for fleet management.
If more assistance is required, events can be share with the MTU Customer Assistance Center using the e-mail app on your device.
This service is available for all engine types connected via a MTU connectivity device.
Furthermore it can be used for the following engine types without a connectivity device:
/ commercial marine - Series 2000Mx2
/ gas generator sets – Series 400/4000
